With a knack for problem-solving and a brain wired to fix things, Simon created a company that he loves; with an ethical backbone to match, he went on to build some great success. However, with the weight of the business on his shoulders alone, the challenges of running a larger business became too heavy. 

“My biggest challenge was not having senior support. I was in a position where the only other director at the time wasn’t involved in the business daily. It felt very hard, stressful, and tough.”
