Emma’s Mastermind9 Story
What do you do when you’ve been the HR Director for a multinational company, only to find yourself made redundant?
After 17 years in the corporate world, Emma Canter made the bold decision to strike out on her own, leading to the birth of Mind Values Leadership.
Today, her business is going from strength to strength. Just recently, she launched a 12-month supervision programme for senior HR leaders and took on her first employee.
But it wasn’t always smooth sailing…
When she first discovered Mastermind9, Emma had lost focus on the business.
She was in the process of completing her masters while trying to structure her business, but she had no time for it all.
She realised that for months, she hadn’t set aside any time at all to grow her business.
