Sarah Mols

Sarah’s got an operational brain that helps cut through the clutter and reach the heart of what will help your business move forward.

Co owner of Mastermind9 and the parent company Outside ideas, with a background in assisting SMEs in creating and optimising systems and processes, she’s got a record of supporting some seriously significant growth – taking UK agencies internationally.

Very much focused on the customer and how the business feels from the consumer end of things, she’ll be able to help you identify the steps you need to take, support you through the change and keep you accountable to create the business you want.

As a facilitator and coach for Mastermind9, she is known to keep her cohorts on track and making progress, she also shares her expertise in The Spotlights.

Neurodivergent Champion – Being a parent, wife and business partner to a neurodivergent family means that I understand some of the superpowers and cryptonites of the 15 – 20 % of our population who are neurodivergent.

Management – with a broad background in operational roles, I can help you figure out what’s getting in the way of your progress; from GDPR to team management, we’ll get you on track.

Accountability – I’m here for you if you need that extra push to get you moving.
