Robyn Smuts

Robyn, our Operations Manager, has recently joined Outside ideas and is responsible for all operational tasks within our business, including crafting seamless systems and processes.

She is super tech savvy and loves delving into new software, figuring out how things work and finding innovative ways to improve business operations.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she is a real “people person” who loves liaising with and supporting colleagues, clients and suppliers.

With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency, Robyn is the oil that makes our engine work and the glue that holds us all together.
