Peter Mols

Peter Mols is the people-focused ideas man behind Mastermind9, and founder of the parent company Outside ideas.

An avid networker for over two decades, he’s been running our networking group networking in… for over five years, he achieved UK Networker of the Year in 2022 and Business Hero Award in 2023.

His business and entrepreneurship degree led to his forming several early businesses before turning his attention to helping other business owners grow.

Pete’s been coaching business owners for the last four years under the brand Outside ideas and has helped multiple business owners 10X their business in that time.

One of the facilitators for Mastermind9, Pete uses his expertise as a business coach to help drive questions and idea generation.

Ideas – I’ve spent my entire life coming up with ideas. If you’re stuck and can’t see the wood for the trees, I’ll be happy to help you develop some new ideas.

Neurodiversity – I’ve recently been diagnosed with the superpower ADHD, Dyslexia and have parental experience of the ups and downs of ADHD and Autism. Need someone to talk to; I’m here.

An Unreasonable Friend – Part of my job as a coach is to ask the awkward questions that make my clients squirm. If you need me to hold up a mirror, I will.
