Yes, you do. We work with small business owners with a range of skills

Great question! We do our best to create the best, most productive groups possible.

To find out whether you qualify to be part of a mastermind group, start by taking our quiz here.

Trust us, you can! Lots of our existing members also thought they don’t have much to offer (we blame the imposter!), but they have turned out to be very valuable in those groups.

In fact, in an interview, one of our Mastermind9’ers Simon Crisp recently said,

“Who would have thought somebody that runs a computer recycling company would be sitting here taking advice from someone who owns a kitchen refurbishment design company? We’ve got completely different life skills, but we can always support each other.”

There’s a lot that goes into checking for the right personality fit. We typically look at things like how well you give and receive advice, plus your dedication to business support.

Start by getting in touch with us here where we can book a call and get to know each other a little more. We will then be able to let you know if you’re the right personality fit, and look to place you in a group where you are going to excel.

Great question!

We would follow that with; are you looking to grow? As that is one of the most important factors as to whether you would benefit from a group.

We don’t specifically look for a turnover figure, however if you are just starting out, in your first few months, we believe the best way to spend your money and time is on marketing and sales.

If that’s the case let’s have a chat and see if joining our Networking Group, Networking in might be a better fit for you, we’ve also got a bunch of resources that would be really useful, and help you make the momentum you need in these early days.

To find out whether  Mastermind9 is right for you, take our quiz here.

We try as best as possible to make sure that everyone fits in before forming the group.

We haven’t yet encountered a situation like this, but if it does happen we are always open to a conversation about it. If the dynamics allow, we can move you to a group that you may find more suitable.

It is possible to join an already established group.

We attract very friendly, growth-focused individuals who are more than willing to absorb you into the group, have 121’s and get to know you.

Whether you join one month or one year after the original group was formed, you will have an easy onboarding process. Within no time, you’ll blend in really easily.

Before you join a mastermind group, we will have scheduled a call to get to know you a little better. We look at things like your personality. Are you an extrovert or an introvert? We assess your communication styles, match complementary skill sets, and consider work and leadership styles.

We also aim for a diverse mix of skills that complement each other, reducing competition and conflicts over expertise.

All of this is designed so that you get the most out of your group, with skills that complement yours, and add to your toolkit.

If, for one reason or the other, you would like to switch groups, we assess which group would work better for you and you can switch.

If the existing groups are all filled up, we will factor you into a new one but we do everything within our power to make sure this process is fast.

If you can see how a Mastermind Group can benefit you, get in touch, we’d love to talk through how Mastermind9 works, and if you’d be a good fit.
